Oh how I wish I’d read the reviews! I didn’t even think to, because I’ve always had good experiences at Comfort Inn properties, but the rooms are in really rough shape. The last photo is blurry because I startled a roach with the flash, and that was my last straw. I could live with some stains for the price per night but not the fear of one of those creepy crawlies adding themselves to my luggage. They are renovating, so I imagine this will be improved, but…I would wait until those renovations are done to stay.

Stayed in this hotel with my family because our flight was canceled and this was the only option. It was either sleep in the hotel lobby or book this hotel, and we should’ve stayed in the lobby…. The rooms were absolutely filthy… boogers on the wall, mold, The bathroom door didn’t shut, the bathroom floor was slippery and grimy, your feet would stick to the carpet.. You name it, it was gross. Unsafe neighborhood. These pictures are deceiving, The hotel looks nothing like this anymore. Parking lot is littered with needles… the shuttle driver for the hotel even told us the hotel is a “dump” the only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle driver who made us laugh. If it came down to staying here, or sleeping outside in the rain… bring a rain coat and sleep outside…..

Utterly disgusting rooms. Had booked multiple rooms for a group and every room had their own unique issue. One room had mold growing, one carpet was WET, one room had a brown stain on the sheet, and one room stank of cigarette smoke. When we had confronted the front desk to either clean the rooms or rebook us, they told us they had no cleaning staff on schedule and it was only him at the front desk. On top of that, one of our members had an asthma attack due to the poor conditions. This establishment could not get any worse even if they TRIED. Don’t be fooled by the low prices or the free cancellation. Book something nicer for a few dollars more. One glance at this establishment and I would not stay here even if you had paid me. Will never be staying at a comfort inn ever again.

Disgusting rooms, we had to check out within 2 hours because the rooms were not cleaned, curtains had food/vomit stains on them which the staff refused to acknowledge, room was a non-smoking room yet strongly smelled of cigarettes which again the staff refused to acknowledge. We asked for decent, clean, non smoking rooms (which we had paid for originally) but they couldn't give it to us. I always thought "clean" was a basic expectation in hospitality industry!

Yes it is a Park and Fly hotel. You can make arrangements to leave your car when you make your hotel reservation. I left my car there for five days.
There is a LOT of different places to eat nearby. When staying here, be aware there are many foreign pockets here and you will find a lot of restaurants close by reflecting that diversity. The food is amazing at these ethnic places to eat!!!!!
I left my car there for five days. The cost of the shuttle was included with the price of the room.
21 and with a credit card unless you are using reward points
Yes, it's accommodated with a microwave and mini fridge,no extra pay it comes with your room. Many blessings😉
The parking is not exactly free especially if you plan on staying for 15 days. Best to call amd confirm current rates.
From the Comfort Inn &Suites BWI Airport, it is 5.2mi. The address, for the Aquarium, is 501 E Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21202
Yes, though not readily apparent. It is in the dresser, left side, under the tv. There is also a clean coffee pot to use as well.
