I do not recommend (kiara) the property manager which is the same girl that just came from spring field crossing apartments purposely waisted my time and acted as in I was approved for a apartment but she never sent my information anyways do not rent here i heard she was a horrible manager at spring field and now she's in liberty commons....

Liberty commons used to be a decent place to live before Wilhoit properties took over. They are what you call slumlords. Since wilhoit took over the property the upkeep of the complex have gone done. They fired the security guard, raise the rent to almost a $1000 on the south side of Columbus and use cheap labor to fix things. They stairs are broken down in the 200 building and reported to them and do you think they fixed the issue yet and here it is October and that was reported to them the end of July. Please anyone do not move here or anywhere wilhoit owns property at.

I went to liberty commons to apply for an apartment I didn’t have a problem the staff was very nice and respectful I have an appointment Tuesday only thing is it took a very long time to get an answer so hopefully it won’t take long this time but I never seen a problem over there and I have visited family and friends over there

Why do they make you fill out paperwork to say you make to much then say you don’t make enough to get into the apartment Also not income base it’s income restricted
