If you know your make and model they find the part quick, if you don't they do their best to help you. Good place good employees. Recommend for anything to do with lawn equipment either buying parts or having something repaired.

They do and they will typically warn you if the charges will be more than your machine is worth. Just call the main number and they will transfer you back to service. I recommend you bring it for them to look at rather than call.

We may have one in stock, we would need the numbers off of your engine to confirm the part number. There will be a label on your engine that provides the full engine number/type/spec/date code. Although we do not currently have a pick up and delivery service, we would be more than happy to look at and provide an estimate or repair your riding mower.
