This hotel is in a great location in Fells point. I've stayed here in the past and had a great experience, but this time I was really disappointed with the housekeeping . We checked in and our bathroom walls were covered in light brown liquid. I asked the front desk to have it cleaned and the person cleaning still missed spots of this brown liquid on the wall. I noticed at bedtime our sheets were stained. The next day housekeeping didn't show up at all. The front desk was supposed to send towels up, but that didn't happen either. Overall, the front desk staff was very nice, and I think the hotel is cool and in a great location. I hope the housekeeping issue is addressed because it definitely negatively impacted our stay.

The only thing nice about this hotel was Jack at the front desk! Yes it’s a historic hotel but it is very dirty and not kept, just because a hotel is historic does not mean it has to be raggedy , run down , and dirty. Dirty furniture and bathrooms!! My room had a Jacuzzi tub but when it was filled up it turned yellow when putting on the jets! I was never greeted by any of the other associates at the front desk beside the amazing jack of course!! My TV in my first room didn’t work and there was no remotes, the TV in my second room was very old and small and had awful color to it! I think the owner of this hotel is just interested in lining their pockets and does not really care about their guest experience SMH

Great location, and clean rooms. Not fancy, and you see the signs of age, but if you want to have a room in an awesome spot to enjoy Fells, Inner Harbor, and Canton this is probably the best spot. Right on the water and with historical charm, it’s a fine place to sleep. Bonus they had a continental breakfast and let us check in early. Don’t park at the Thames St garage on Caroline St. just pay to valet.

Location was great, but the rooms were very dated. The only thing good in the room was the hot water. The cabinet for the TV was makeshift looked like someone with no building skills put around the TV. The rooms were small but looked clean. Everything was very dated, meaning more than 20 years. Things in the room looked worn and old. Staff was nice, but the rooms need a major upgrade. Maybe for a quick 1 or 2 nights, but would not stay longer due to price and room quality.
