Stayed here Mother's Day weekend 2019. Called to inquire if they had an indoor pool and was told they did.....however they failed to mention it was closed and would be for some time for renovations. Also think it's completely asinine to have to pay $20 a day for parking when you're a registered guest and already paying $120 (plus tax) a night! Rooms had an odd smell and weren't very clean at all! This was not all that was wrong but as if all of that wasn't bad enough, when I voiced all of this to the front desk, I was basically told to contact corporate customer service and was provided an email address to do so. I emailed customer service as instructed; 8 months later and no one has emailed or called!

This hotel kindly took us in after the Holiday Inn Express across town decided not to honor our paid reservation at the very last moment. The people at the desk and in the restaurant were nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room could use an update. I'm not sure if someone fought their way into our out of our bathroom, but I can tell you the door lost the fight. All in all, we were comfortable.

First floor and check in look fine. Upon getting off elevator carpets are stained, doors have paint missing from being rubbed up against. The bathrooms are somewhat updated, although not sure why they use such a wide white silicone joint in the shower, when the surround is a bone color. We got a wake up call both mornings without asking for one. Went down both mornings to have it removed and the person at the counter was less than helpful and just looked confused. Definately will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

We got a good deal on the price due to rewards, so it wasn't as bad. However, beware that this is a party hotel. The good: The rooms are nice, neat and quiet. The bad: The elevator floor was gross from spilled drinks and people in the lobby and halls acting a fool the whole weekend. The ugly: not to mention the front desk clerk was standing there talking to a friend that wasn't an employee or a guest the whole time we were checking in. She was very unprofessional, not giving us any sort of customer service and we were very put off by it. You'd think a hotel that you're paying on average $150 a night would at least have a respectful staff.
