Do you know what time is the check in available?

My check in was at 3pm

Check-in is 4PM but you can go to the front desk to request an early check-in. They'll call you when your room is ready if one is not currently available.

They had no problem letting us in at 1 pm... Really depends how busy they were from the night before if the room is cleaned yet
