These prices also include cable and pest control. Our app fee is $100 per adult household member, admin fee is $200 dollar and is refundable if you don't pass the background. Windover Palms a pool and (2) 24hr Laundry facilities. We also have washer and dryer hookups in some of our floor plans. Our Community is pet friendly and the fees are $300 deposit, $15/mo. We do have some pet restrictions. You will be responsible for your internet, water and electric.
