These ladies have turned Windover Palms around. I have been here almost 2 years and since they have taken over it has improved. I feel that they address any issues in a timely manner and they always have a smile on their faces. I enjoy just stopping in the office to say hi and check in. It is a big improvement from when I initially moved in. Great job ladies!!

Hi, My name is Debra Thornton, and I am the Community Manager. Windover Palms has (2) 2bd/2ba. One of our 2b/2ba is 1060sqft $1375 per mo. also 2br/2ba is 1175sqft $1465 per mo. These prices also include cable and pest control. Our app fee is $100 per adult household member, admin fee is $200 dollar and is refundable if you don't pass the background. Windover Palms a pool and (2) 24hr Laundry facilities. We also have washer and dryer hookups in some of our floor plans. Our Community is pet friendly and the fees are $300 deposit, $15/mo. We do have some pet restrictions. You will be responsible for your internet, water and electric. Though we may not have an available unit for a Tour, you may call, stop by the office, or maybe drive through. We are located at 310 Fitness Circle Melbourne, Fl 32901.
