I moved back to the Florida area from Louisiana in February. I decided to rent at Beachway Links because my daughter lives there and I was somewhat familiar with the complex. The office staff worked with me and made the huge move smooth as possible. I have been very happy here. The complex is quiet and I have never felt unsafe. The office is always quick to respond to emails, calls etc.. Kelsey (manager) is absolutely the best. She is very nice and relatable while also being professional. Most recently, I had a major surgery. My daughter got me home and settled and noticed water by the air conditioning unit. She called the emergency maintenance number waking the gentleman up since it was 11:15 pm. He was at my apartment within 15 minutes. Due to being woken up, I expected someone to come in with an attitude. I was pleasantly surprised. Michael came in and was very nice explaining the unit was clogged up and what monthly maintenance I could do to keep it from happening again. While he was here my cat jumped on me causing me to yell and curse. I was so apologetic but he assured me he would’ve done and said much worse considering my condition. Michael definitely made what could’ve been a very stressful situation much easier. It was nice to see someone come in that was genuinely nice and wanted to help. I am glad I live here and call this home.

Comfortable and well managed complex. I have appreciated the swiftness by the maintenance team to resolve some issues. Leasing office staff, especially Rebecca and Liz, have been very friendly, helpful, and understanding of any issues or situation I have been. Overall, a good place to reside.

Made me pay for repairs that were completely unnecessary after I moved out. Their attorneys were rude and very aggressive when trying to collect the debt. 0 out of 10, would not recommend, IGN.

Maintenance is very quick in fixing things. Leasing Office Staff is nice and responds quickly to emails. The pool area is great. The community is fabulous. The extra bump out is a great square footage addition. My major complaints are there are so many fees! Nothing is included in the rent price. You pay water, sewage, electricity, gas, trash, and parking, which is so much extra. There's no area to store a bicycle, so I had to get rid of mine. The bike racks were removed to renovate the dog park. The play area was also removed, so the only thing for kids is a few old swings.

You have to rent the entire place, not just the room and it varies depending of the size of the apartment.
