Positives: The pool and gym are nice and well kept. Calling the pool "heated," however, is a lie. That being said, it's Florida, so luckily the pool is naturally heated by the sun on most days throughout the year. The maintenance people are very responsive and fix the issue correctly the first time. The landscaping and overall appearance of the complex are very well done. Negatives: Management is about as incompetent as you can get. They are very nice, but they will stare at you like deer in the headlights whenever you ask them questions. Their "reminders" for important notice due dates are few and far between. For example, the reminder I received to give them a 60-day notice if I was vacating the premise was 4 months before the due date of the notice (I didn't know where I was going to live 4 months ago). Conveniently, they gave another reminder one day after the due date forcing me to pay a fee for the late notice. They originally tried saying that I was three days late. I had to do their job for them and physically count the days to show them that it was one day late (I had to do this twice before they figured it out). The walls and floors are extremely thin, so noise is an issue. When I think of "luxury apartments," I think of quality constructions. That isn't the case here. Pro tip: if you decide to live here, request an upstairs apartment. There is a minimal cupboard and closet space. If you enjoy cooking and have a lot of cookware then finding space will be a challenge. Calling these apartments "luxury" at their price point is generous. I recently found a concrete block, new build, 3 bed 2 bath, 1500 sqft house to rent that is $100 per month less than a 1 bed 1 bath, 900 sqft apartment at this apartment complex (the $100 less is excluding fees that the apartment adds). Speaking of fees, I lived in an apartment that was about as close as you can get to the dumpster. Did I still have to pay the $30 per month trash valet fee? You bet I did. No way to opt out either. Sure it was quicker and easier to do it myself, but they apparently needed that extra $30 per month.

Can’t ask for a better team of maintenance guys. They are awesome And I am always pleased with their speedy service.

Excellent staff, very easy to work with. The complex is very well kept and quiet. Also, a great location, right next to the mall.

I give this place five stars because it is a wonderful community that for the most part is quiet and safe for my children as well as spacious apartments. The maintenance team goes above and beyond and should be recognized more than they are. The grounds are always clean. However, the new manager, Cassie has really changed the happiness I have felt living here. She handled an issue we had very unprofessionally and treated us as if we were children. I really don’t feel as someone who pays almost 2,400 a month should have been treated the way I was. I came in here to read reviews and was not surprised at how much negative reviews are towards her. She would be the reason why I would move if I didn’t just resign another lease. This might put a target on my back but it needed to be said. I am not bitter about the issue at hand by any means but I am bitter about the lack of customer service as well as how she handled the situation as a whole. She worried too much about being rude to us rather than vicious dogs on the grounds that has had several complaints from many residents, untagged vehicles taking up parking spots, and unkept apartments with trash and fire hazards at the front of their doors. Over a measly miscommunication of renters insurance. For her being the third manager here, my only hopes is that the next one is more professional. The reason you have a job is because of all of the hard earned money we pay in rent and we should be treated kindly as such. Just to add an update, since of course she didn’t like this review, she does not allow us in the clubhouse that is apart of our amenities that we pay for here. She harassed my husband and told him to leave over and over again when he was patiently waiting for the other employee to take care of him instead of her. Lol.
