Moved in 8/25/22 and so pleased with the grounds, the appliances, and the staff. The staff has been responsive, friendly, supportive. Jamie is so easy to speak with and feels more like talking to a friend than a property (assistant) manager. This was built before the current management . The builders must have been giants because I'm 5'9 and this apartment makes me feel short, need a stool in the kitchen, counter in bathroom feels high. I wish there were more closets, I only have a small walk-in in the bedroom. I bought wardrobes for clothes placed along wall in my bedroom- a really great space for them. And converted the walk-in for storage. I think some of the complaints I've read/heard are common almost everywhere I've ever lived. I've been a career apartment dweller and this place is above most! Frankly, I relocated from a very popular property in West Melbourne and I think this one is better! No regrets at all! I feel I will be very happy here!

Everyone at the front office is exceptional. They gave us a tour of the facility and went through all the numbers. Was an easy decision to move in! Update almost 2 years later. Staff is still eager to assist but if you dont like hearing your neighbor get a 3rd floor apartment or pray you have decent neighbors. You can hear everything.

Every single night I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors are doing. I've told management several times and nothing is done. I wouldn't have moved here if I knew this would happen. I'm making this review at 1:00AM

Yes the community is pet friendly, Two pet maximum - 50 pounds or less. $450 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $800 for two pets. $20 per pet per month. All dogs/cats must register with PetScreening and all cats must be indoor pets. Aggressive breeds are not permitted.
Parking is first-come, first serve. You must showcase your parking permit.
