Sonata East at Viera provides an outstanding experience for residents and their families. There is so much for the residents to do there while also receiving the highest level of care and attention. Families can rest easy knowing that their loved ones are cared for as if they were the staff's own family member in a fun, lively, and safe environment. As a senior real estate specialist, I am very confident recommending Sonata East to anyone downsizing their home, but not their life, or to any adult children having to make the very difficult decision on where to place their aging parent needing memory care. My mother-in-law has been at their sister location for assisted living across the street for the last five years. I can rest easy knowing that if she eventually has to transition to the Sonata East's memory care, it will be a smooth transition with the most loving and up-to-date care in Brevard County.

I have never met more friendly people. Everyone expresses concern for all of my friends who live there. I helped two families move in during the trying Covid times and it went very well. The entire staff does an excellent job helping those who need it. There are many activities for those who want to join in.

I am loving life at Sonata East at Viera. My apartment is lovely with a great view, however I stay busy doing so many different things that I spend little time there. One can do as much or as little as one wants. The location is handy for shopping, health needs, and religious activities. The staff is fantastic and very willing to help in any way. I couldn’t be more pleased about my decision to move to Sonata East at Viera!
