I have owned in here for 10 years now. Can't wait to leave. I have been thru many management companies here. They are all worthless. This includes the present management company. He is rarely ever in the office. He is suppose to be here 3 days a week. He has never been in the office 3 day's in one week since I have been watching him. He is only in the office 1 or 2 day's a week. I wonder what we are paying him to rarely work. I was told this is a gated community. In the 10 years I have been here the gate only worked once for 8 or 9 day's. Pool has been out of service for months. This is not uncommon. When the pool breaks it usually takes them at least a month or longer to fix it. I was told by the pool company ( a couple year's ago) they would not fix the pool because Condo Association has not paid their bill in months. I don't know what they do with all the HOA they collect but over the years I see they don't use it to fix the place up. In my experience over the past 10 year's they do make a lot of promises but don't follow thru. After living here for 10 years I would never live in a condo community again. Unless I like throwing money away.
