James, Nicole, Anthony and Matt do a tremendous job around trout conservation, making sure the guest experience is great. What a treasure ...a true gem. If you want to learn about and know about trout, especially the NY State freshwater fish, the Brook Trout(Brookie), this is the place. Keep up the great work, and thanks!

If your into basic nature walks, no frills, not really built up, then this is a great place. Then again I love hiking so it suits me. If you like 6 mile hikes or even shorter, and you enjoy meeting friendly horsebsck riders, then stop in. There is the river as well, slowly winding its way through the park where you can see it in a few quiet locations. Bring water and snacks.

Amazing and must visit. Really well kept and well marked trails. Plenty of spots to sit and enjoy nature.

A cute little park, very family friendly. I absolutely love going to the hatchery and feeding the trout - bring quarters! The ducks are super rude and want the fish food too, but I find it kind of funny.

Its a state park, nys empire pass needed or pay at gate
I think it's $8 for parking. $25 if you want to fish includes parking.
