The Lakes at Suntree

We've lived at Lakes at Suntree for six months. Although the property is somewhat older than other apartment communities, Suntree has done very well to keep the property in top shape and it is also a very dog friendly community with lots of green space for the dogs to walk with plenty of pet stations (always stocked with bags!). A good mix of residents ranging from families, young professionals to retirees. The management staff are all very friendly and interact daily with many of the residents. Eric, Brian and Judy are always helpful to assist with property or apartment related issues! The maintenance staff are also quick to handle requests and keep the property free of litter. Keep up the great job! My wife and I have enjoyed living in the beautiful Suntree/Viera area!

We are in love with our new apartment home! We moved in two weeks ago to this lovely two bedroom with porch and fireplace. The tall trees, and lakes complete with bunnies, ducks and fabulous views are just right for us! So glad we found it!

I've lived here for about 4 months now and am so happy that I found this place. Considering the age of the property, they keep it up very well. Not only was the office staff (Brian and Eric) nice and accommodating from the start of my search, but the maintenance crew (especially Paul) are amazing - they respond to requests quickly, follow up when they say they will, and are just nice people! I have lived in a few different apartment complexes over the years, and The Lakes at Suntree is probably the only place where I have felt like they truly care about their residents, and see them as people, not just rent checks. One of the other fantastic things about this property is that it has so much natural beauty. Other complexes in the area are mostly pavement, very few trees or grassy areas. My dog enjoys walking - even running - on the grassy areas that line the lake. The trees here are large and quite old, providing plenty of shade. And the landscape is filled with a plethora of gorgeous tropical plants. I can look out my window and see at least 4-5 different species of waterfowl at any given time. It's just a gorgeous setting. If you are considering The Lake at Suntree as your next apartment, do not hesitate any longer!
