Is there a swimming beach

There is a place to swim but not a beach. There is a pier that has been built out into the lake with the purpose to facilitate swimming.

There is a sizable pier, with steps down into the water. My daughter & I have spent many a summer afternoon playing in the water there. While there is no shore to "lay out" on, the deck @ the end of the pier is approximately 30ft by 40ft, more than enough to accomodate several sunbathers, while allowing plenty of "personal" space.
