Where is there a public boat ramp to launch a canoe?

Donna Kidd - there are two public boat ramps. One is about a half-mile from the state park. You would have to use a boat with a low profile. The other one is on Canal Cove Road about a half-mile from the Sailing Club or about two and a half miles from Dale Seafood. If you are familiar with the area, I would suggest coming in from Hallsboro. Both have easy access to the Lake.

Bella Coola Rd has 1 there is another on Waccamaw Shores. The dam is a great place to drop in at. Right now there is construction going on though.
