We biked from Karnak to Harrisburg, about 45 miles. Trail is well maintained and shaded the entire way. Fine crushed gravel. Pleasant ride. Deep forest, cypress trees, mature oak and hickory. Most people will not want to bike more than 45 miles on this trail, there is a slight grade going north that is noticable. Services on the trail at Vienna, ice cream stand about halfway on the trail, most of the towns along the way have bathrooms and water

No there is no shuttles available. The trail is in a very remote area.
Tunnel hill! On bite trail south of parking lot.
To my knowledge, only foot and bicycle traffic is allowed on the trail
