Pools are open but other people staying there are very rude as they seem to want the pools to only 3-4 people when the hotel allow more.
As of the end of August, 44 people were allowed at the outdoor pool per 2 hour period. We were there during the week and there was never a problem getting in. Call the hotel for more current information.
They were, but you had to make an appointment. Only so many are allowed in at a time
