Great accommodations. Loved the bedding and it was a perfect location. Unfortunately the exhibits were mostly closed and we didn’t get to enjoy one of the major reasons we picked that place and because I paid with credit card points they wouldn’t do anything about it besides offer a discounted return rate.

Forgot to share with the front desk upon departure that the bathroom sink in our room (304) had a very slow drain. I hope by now that it has been reported. Additionally, the room really never felt like 68 degrees even though I set the thermostat to that and the AC was very loud. Sadly, we could not view the second floor because of repairs. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was to view the art. What I did see was fantastic. I appreciated Robert Morgan’s exhibit and have shared my experience with others.

Overall very good. Rooms were not as clean as we like (major carpet stains) but the beds were comfy. Didn't like to have to go down to the front desk to get ice, coffee or towels (only 2 towels). Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location to to Rupp arena is awesome and there is an awesome restaurant next door (Zim's). Parking is very difficult so we did valet parking for $30 day. Shower leaked all over the floor.

We loved our anniversary stay! Every detail of the hotel felt carefully curated and like an experience, something I've never said about any other hotel or accommodations. The shower is to die for! The art throughout the hotel is fascinating and I love that it's from a local artist. For the sake of a review I'll say the bedding wasn't my favorite as it felt like you laid ON it rather than cozied into it, but it still didn't dull the overall shine of 21c. Would definitely stay again!

Yes. Just call the main number or Google it. I did the same thing last year and it was very easy because they were so helpful.
14 floors. Elevators go to 15, but we stayed on the 14th floor and it was definitely the highest floor for guest rooms based on window shape.
No free parking, but plenty of cheap lots in the area.
