Very friendly and welcoming staff. Arrived at about 1:00 pm, no problem with early check-in, which is unusual these days. Front desk staff Very helpful. Room was very clean and updated. Well furnished, microwave, Micro-fridge, coffee maker, TV in both rooms and in room safe. Manager's reception, complimentary, includes drinks and a variety of snacks and munchies. Very nice outdoor pool and seating area with a great view of pond and fountains. Complimentary breakfast, cooked to order Omelets, waffles, pancakes, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruits and pastries!! Awesome!!! Contact less Arrivals. GREAT STAY, LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURN VISIT!!!

Positive: Location was perfect and stuff were wonderful! Very nice place to stay, though we were not impressed with the breakfast staff woman. We arrived at 9:08 for breakfast (which was supposed to end at 9:30) and she yelled over the counter that she was closed Negative: See above. Other than that one staff person, everyone else was great.

From the moment you see the beautiful, green well kept grounds until you check out, it is an awesome experience. Mark greeted us at the front desk with an inviting smile. The hotel is perfect.The room was perfect! We decided to go for drinks and dinner. Lazarus made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The drinks were great and our meal perfect. The hotel is really dog friendly with a large dog park and  beautiful grounds. The birds were singing and the morning was peaceful. It was the perfect ending for our three week holiday. Thank you. We stayed after a company party and were very pleased with the whole experience. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The catering staff and food was wonderful. We had a great time just hanging out with our co workers in the many comfortable spaces around the atrium. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were surprised with the breakfast included the next morning. It was way better than any free hotel breakfast we have ever had. The two line cooks that take care of our omelets treated us like we were family. We didn’t get their names, but they were very friendly and made a great omelet. We will definitely be back again.
