I would give 0 if it were possible. They didn't take my registration information. Didn't address the issue, gave me a prescription for over the counter medicine and told me that coming there was a waste of time. Garbage.

I was here earlier today for an appendectomy. They admitted me last night and took care of me right in the morning. The nurses on the third floor today, Kelsey, Eva, and April, were all fantastic and very nice!! Kelsey helped me especially get through a lot of the most anxious of times. Seriously, from 10 PM to 7 AM this woman helped me with everything from anxiety and nausea, to pain, and never seemed exasperated or put out. They treat you right here. I owe gifts to the nurses and techs on that floor! Thank you guys for the help and shoutout to Dr. Chung for performing the appendectomy.

The different levels (ie. Level I, II, III, IV or V) refer to the kinds of resources available in a trauma center and the number of patients admitted yearly. These are categories that define national standards for trauma care in hospitals. Categorization is unique to both Adult and Pediatric facilities.
