I have worked here for over 11 years now and It is a great place to work. I have brought 2 of my family members here when they needed therapy and LTC stay. They both loved the care that they received and would recommend this facility to everyone needing care for SHORT TERM or LTC NEEDS. I would bring another family member here in a heartbeat if they needed a nursing facility to get therapy or their ltc needs met. The staff is friendly and helpful and caring and are very dedicated to working together to perform the best care possible. We r one big family here and we love our pts..

Some staff try but fall short. The smell is overwhelming as you walk down halls. Every visit, I clean the days worth of food out from under my mother in law's finger nails. Dentures were lost. Weight loss is an issue due to staff not reading orders correctly and feedings missed. Food stuck to floors and chairs, some are wet from urine. Falls are not always documented.

Not aweful, aides were nice & good but information from therapy to nursing to aides to doc always seemed lagging resulting in less than average care half the time. Individually the staff were good but terrible coordination on needs & care between functions. Weekends we're aweful like most places.

I tried to place my Mom in Liberty Village of Maryville. Heather said she’s not a good candidate because mom has some behavioral issues. My Mom lost her daughter in a tragic car accident, had a stroke a few months later, was also diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer’s disease, had to sell her home, and ended up in a nursing home. Anyone in their “right” mind would be hateful and confused and so much more under those circumstances. She had only been in the present nursing home for a few weeks when I was told she needs a facility with a secure unit. She hasn’t even had time to settle in at the place she is now. I was told that she had to be already approved for Medicaid by Heather, which has been awarded even though she will be private pay for a while. And yet, she was still denied because of her behavior. So, the write up on the Liberty Village Facebook page is a lie. They do not want anyone who really needs help. I called Heather back and begged her to reconsider and she rudely said no and hung up. Stay away from this place. Mary Jane Hessel ERO STARS

I work there and I'm pretty sure we do but I would call and ask to be 100 percent sure

Do you provide rehab for head injury patients?

I think it depends on the severity of the injury. Severe traumatic brain injuries sometimes require an acute care rehab hospital stay. I would contact the admissions coordinator and inquire. They do have PT/OT/ST. A respiratory therapist available. They have 2 rehab hallways.

Do you have dialysis on the premises or can you transport patients who are there in Rehab?

Is there a charge to transport the patient?
