Because of how friendly the staff was I feel bad giving this place a bad review but... the room was not layout well at all and none of the furniture was comfortable. The bed and pillows were just awful, the couch was uneven and the pull out bed was crooked. Our fridge only worked on Max then it froze almost everything except it freezer packs. The worst part was the AC unit, it sounded like a bomb was going off ever time it turned on and let me tell you it turned on A LOT. This room couldn't hold a decent temperature for more than about 5 min. Also you could hear any noise in the hallway and in the lobby even though we were on the 3rd floor. There's also a weird building attached to the pool that no one could tell us what it was. This hotel really wants to be high class but it is not, everything is old and outdated. Oh and even at their price there is no complementary breakfast. Oh and for a fun game find a decent trash can.

This place wants to be crazy fancy and it's just not. The room has no closet or place to put stuff away. The place to hang stuff is in the bathroom. The mini fridge doesn't get cold. The air conditioning in the room (no matter the temperature) is insanely loud when it comes on. The microwave....is at the bar...as a communal microwave. The pool is super chlorinated but is nice and has plenty of seating. When you walk in, at first sight, it looks beautiful. But the beds and sofas are not comfortable and it's just sub par. It does seem clean at least. We also had to ask for our warm cookie.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for six days while we were on vacation. Overall, it was a good stay! We enjoyed that it was pet friendly and were able to bring our dog, that the room was clean when we arrived, that our room service was great and were able to get towels etc. as needed, and that the front desk as a whole had great customer service. I also liked how they had our closet space set-up and wish other hotels had the same set-up as they did. We also thought the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. A couple of things we didnβt like were the towel hooks πͺ in the bathroom. The one on the door was upside down and the other two didnβt hold well. Our rags and towels kept falling on the floor (easily,) but since they were so accommodating with additional towel requests, that made that tolerable. Also, neither one of our room phones worked, but they sought to accommodate us for that. One of the biggest things was their plumbing. The first time my husband washed his hands only the hot water π¦ worked (both the hot π₯΅ and cold π₯Ά sides,) but that only happened a couple of times. They were working on their plumbing when we left and hopefully theyβll get that fully resolved. There is one question I have for them .. small, but I wondered. In their waste baskets they have a side for recycling and a side for trash. As an avid recycler I was excited when I saw that and sought to divide my recycling from our trash, however, when trash was picked up both the trash and recycling were all put in one pile in the trash. Why do you have a recycling side if the items are not going to be put in two bins? As I said, overall it was a good stay. Donna in Reservations took the time to talk to us about events and the hotel staff was accommodating.

Hotel and staff are lovely. Bartender is awful. Stayed there twice in 10 days. Same bartender/ waiter both times. Heβs awful. No personality, not friendly, and just rude. Rude to me, to my dog ( whom I paid for) and not friendly to the people around me that I donβt know.
