Yes. Park in the parking garage and take the elevator to the second floor of the mall.

There is no direct handicap access to the restaurant, and it is on the second floor of the mall. The closet elevator is at the East parking garage. If you can do escalators, you can valet just outside of the restaurant on the first floor and then go in the mall and up the escalator.
