Bobby was all over it from the beginning quickly identifying what wasn’t the problem and repairing the issue quickly once he had access. He was thorough in explaining the work and helped me understand what we were looking at in repairs. Only knock against him is he didn’t want dinner. It was almost 7. Jokes aside Bobby’s the man and I appreciate his work.

A new washing machine was delivered to my home and the appliance installer couldn't remove the old water hose from the water shut off valve. Roto Rooter Plumbing came to my home on the same day. After the plumber was able to remove the old water hose, I had two new water shut off valves installed. The plumber that came to my home was courteous and did an excellent job removing the old water hose and installing the new water shut off valves. The appliance installer later came back to my home and installed my new washing machine without any further issue.

Aaron arrived about an hour after I called - very fast . He was very professional and took time to explain the problem and solution. Although I thought the price was a little high, the fast response and professionalism made it worth it.
