I have accounts at 3 different banks in Boise, but the only one I get scam messages about is iccu. In talking to a rep today, she tried to tell me its happening to everyone regardless of where they bank. I would believe that if Any of the three of us received a scam message about any of our other banks. Way to pawn off responsibility, ICCU. Its obvious they have security issues, I'll be moving these accounts somewhere else.

I’ve heard so many good things about ICCU, but my experience so far has been lack luster. I applied for the free checking account online, and was denied. I didn’t get a reason why or a follow up email or other communication. A week later, I called and I spoke to a banker virtually and she said my credit was too low (450) and she couldn't help me because the people in charge were gone for the holiday (Veterans Day) I was told I could pay for my checking account which I declined because I’ve been diligently working & tracking my credit and there was no way it was that low. I went into the branch and the credit that they had on file was from 3+ yrs ago and i was 160 point higher than what they initially told me. Waited a significant amount of time for this to happen, then they couldn’t give me a debit card. No big deal. I asked for DD info, and she printed it and gave it to me. Today, I looked at my account, and she gave me DD information for my savings account. Getting DD information changed at my job is a hassle. Having my money go to the wrong account isn't that a big of a deal, but its an inconvenience. Details matter. I don’t have a lot of confidence in their banking system when they can’t get the little thing right.
