There were 5 different people taking care of our order, tripping over each other to still get the order wrong. no one seemed to know if anything was gluten free or not. 1 person actually suggested that the chicken noodle soup was gluten free.. They were out of of the Tomato basil soup that I ordered, so I ordered the pumpkin Chorizo soup, and they said it would be a 10 minutes because they had to warm it up. The bathrooms were also a mess. The staff did not know The nutritionals on the soups, and my girlfriend has a gluten allergy. The website was not useful either when trying to figure out if the soups were gluten free or not.

I placed an order for delivery at 9 am for delivery at 12:30 pm. First off our order was not delivered at 12:30 pm. The delivery service contacted me at 12:45 pm stating that Cafe Zupas was just starting my order and then, received another message that one of the soups that I ordered was out and then was asked to replace with another soup and then only to be told that soup was also out. Finally received my order at 1:15 pm and only received part of my order. Soup was barely warm and nothing that I will order again. Definitely not a good place to eat.
