Patty Black, Sorry for reaching out to you and trying to follow your instructions on the matter " Contact me directly if you have any questions or need assistance." I see from our phone call you do not mean that, perhaps saying something like "if you would like pedantic condescension call me." or "if you would prefer to be interrupted and not allowed to speak please call": me But you clearly were not interested in helping me or listening to my problem. I have been an insurance agent for 20 years. If I spoke to my clients like you just did to me I would be out of business. Poor customer service.

I have never in my life posted a review about any company, agency, business etc. But I feel as if my opinion should be expressed. Yes, this is an opinion & maybe other people have had a more rewarding experience. Ohio department of insurance is full of rude and incompetent working individuals. There was a time in America where people had pride about going to work &doing their job, but not this agency. This agency is a pure example as to why people's experience to the insurance process is distasteful. Now I am in no way, shape, or form speaking about anyone else's experience just my own. One time in particular I called and this lady acted as if I was such an inconvenience to her because I am asking questions about the status of my license and the processing timeline. One of the rudest people I ever talk to in a supposedly "customer service based environment. I have called this place a total of 9 times with 2-3 weeks increments between each time and I have yet to deal with someone who actually wants to help you. Anyways this place does not get one star from me, it would not let me give the rating 0 stars.
