Customer service didn't call back to help me set up my account. I had to call back after the gas bill was charged to my leasing company. Ridiculous prices, natural gas companies have a stranglehold on Ohio and I can't wait for the day Ohio goes electric (if it's not just managed by AEP). Hopefully I won't live in this state for much longer.

Really terrible drivers, there was one that my daughter took video of and the license plate. It was an older man, driver a white and blue jeep. He almost hit my daughter and kept driving dangerously and kept cutting off others way to close causing them to slam on their brakes…. Such a great representative of the company…. NOT
