Don't do work on existing systems. If you buy a car with a system already installed, this is not the place to help you. They don't do anything to help you either if you installed your own system. One person would one day, and another day one wouldn't. Guess it depends on the day of the week. Many plug and plays on internet you can get then take to Best Buy and they will do anything they can to help you. True professionals there. Imagine a brake shop telling you they can't put front brakes on your car because a different shop did the back 4 years ago, or because you did them yourself. Places like this need to get out the business if they they think they can pick and choose who they help and don't help. The advertisement at my work that suggest this place has since been removed and replaced with a more helpful dealer.

Great customer service, very friendly people. Awesome work quality. I won't go anywhere else. Have an install done by them. Almost a year old. I ran into an issue and Mike didn't hesitate to get me in and get it corrected. Had my alarm corrected in about 30 mins. Awesome people for sure. Must add issue was a manufacturer issue nothing they did on the install.
