I just called palace theatre and the recording said Ron White will go on as planned. This was at 4:15pm on 1/12/18

Generally, It depends on the show. Some performances are requested to have mask mandates. Refer to the know before you go email they send out.

I don't think they serve champagne. I do know they have soda, water, and beer. Maybe some wine but I don't think they have that.

It's just the way the seats are numbered. You'll be sitting next to each other.

Always better off using Uber or Lyft or public transportation. Reserved is reserved, so no dice on Leveque Tower parking garage. Though a few blocks away, Front Street arena district parking garage is public and available.

Yes, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, and they have extended hours on the day of the show but those vary.

There are multiple parking garages in the area. underneath the commons and underneath the state house that's completely parking. There is also street parking that's valid for about 2 hours but on Sundays street parking is free on the street and on federal holidays also free. There are also garages within a couple blocks depending on your preference. The further away from the theater typically the cheaper it gets.
