The parking garage at Leveque Tower has many Reserved spots. Can these be used by anyone on the weekends attending a show at the Palace?

Always better off using Uber or Lyft or public transportation. Reserved is reserved, so no dice on Leveque Tower parking garage. Though a few blocks away, Front Street arena district parking garage is public and available.

Technically no but usually reserved for business in the building and chance that anyone cares on nights and weekends is slim.
