Is it policy to never have toilet paper or paper towels at this location? Also weird cashier not able to accept money put on the counter, but needed it put in her hand? Some sort of power trip?

I would say yes, I had the same problem. Mention to manager and they look at you as if you have 3 eyes.

This is the worst. Had to clean off a table ourself. Bathroom very disgusting and restaurant the same way. Will Never go back

That's true. No one is any help at this location. They need a entirely new staff, management & all. We spend our money, we should get decent service.
