Just went thru the drive thru. horrible service, person at the speaker had an attitude the whole time and gave me disrespectful remarks. And in the back ground heard a guy just complaining because he had another order. Overall won’t be coming back. Such a disappointment!

Went here to get breakfast on a week day, online it said they opened at 6am so I figured going there at 8am shouldn’t be a problem. I showed up and sat at the order speaker and didn’t hear anything, even though it looked like they were open. I waited a bit trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I use to work in fast food and know how hard it is when you’re understaffed. I waited about 10 mins and heard nothing. So I pulled up to the window and let the guy know I had been waiting and that his speaker might not be working. He says “yea, I just got here, there’s only been one other guy here. We’re still opening up, you can come back later.” It’s 2 hrs later since you’ve opened and there’s only been one guys scheduled for those first 2 hours? No wonder no one wants to work here. And it’s two hours later and you guys aren’t even ready for your open yet? I’ve been to this Jack in the Box and I know it’s not perfect, but I mean people were at least talking to me when I would come before.

Little slow on the food, but considering the circumstances of no one wanting to work. I guess understandable. Egg rolls are always the bomb, and this one actually has good tacos with fresh shells

Over all it was a good experience. They may be slightly understaffed but the inside was clean and new. The service was quick and helpful and my family and I had a great experience here we would definitely come back here in

Poor management, plain and simple. And it extends above the store itself. Jack in the box corporate should be ashamed of allowing these unprofessional people to drag their brand through the dirt.
