The Deluxe Crispy Chicken was the worst I ever had. Must've been under the warming lights all afternoon so that it was shrunken and dry. Employees must have no pride to serve such an awful piece of chicken.

not sure why, but the dine in area is always closed. drive thru is open but crowded because they don't let anyone inside. I live in the area and I have walked here and the doors are locked so I take my business elsewhere.

My boyfriend placed a mobile order and was told it was gonna b ready at 3:33 pm. He sat in the line for 45 minutes to receive his order. After asking to speak with the manager he was told it was nothing they could do for the inconvenience even tho the wait was our fault. We was told that receiving our food fresh and hot was their way of compensating us for the wait even tho all food should be hot and fresh. After asking for the mangers name so we could call corporate they refused to give us the info. Their employees are very unprofessional and rude. Tbh this location needs a whole new crew.

Went to McDonald's( St Ann store 4/25/22) to get dinner. Person taking order wad very pleasant. Person at the pay and pick up widows were bit pleasant at all as if they didn't want to be at work
