This location needs to talk to the McDonald’s located off Kings Highway next to the license bureau in the 63116 area. Even during Covid they have stayed on point with customer service, hot food, never is there ever any issues at this location. Now this location not only is slow with service but rude to customers for coming to this location to spend our money while they are rude making money. Needs new management or re training is in order

They have pre order counters that help you get your food ordered quicker, however the chucks. Sandwich I ordered was Cold and over cooked it was very hard to bit into or even pull apart. It was very it to my dog I could not eat it. The fries were cold and soggy.

Came through drive thru for a large caramel latte. Only item line took 20 minutes! Park the cars and get smaller orders out faster. Ridiculous. Worst experience ever. They want 15 bucks an hour 😆

I don’t normally go to McDonalds except for breakfast. I went to the lI55/Bayless location. Again, short staffed so usually the drive-through is only open. This visit the inside dinning was actually open! So, I get my usual 2 breakfast sandwiches for $4. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits my favorite and really the only todos items that I order. From my experiences, depending on the location, depends on if your food will be warm or not🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ll drive to the county if I ever eat McDonald’s for this reason period. Great staff & absolutely amazing Customer Service considering the short staff these days, so thank you ladies!🙏🏽
