Closed at 10pm when the website says 11 pm. Perpetually late on every order. Takes forever to go through drive through. Even when the place is fully staffed, it seems like there is chaos in the kitchen which makes getting the right order, on time nearly impossible. I have used the mobile order many times and half of the time, I need to go inside to pick it up since they left it at the counter top. Something needs to change at the staffing or management level

I asked for an extra pack of syrup and was told that it would be an extra 50 cent. Then I was told by this nonchalant employee that I had to go back through the drive through to place an order for a single pack of syrup. Once going through drive through, the second window stopped taking orders. Very unsatisfied with this location. Will avoid at all cost! They terribly inconvenienced me. Luckily I wasn't late for work.

I had to leave a comment after my experience yesterday! When I came through the drive through I. Thought to myself it would be another bad experience! Nope not this time, I pulled up to the speaker and was welcomed by someone who actually wanted to work and was excited about her job. She repeated my order and made sure all my special requests was correct. I pulled around and I had to see who she was ( I forgot her name 😩) tall dark skin with curly hair, you definitely made my day!!! Thank you so much ❤️
