Can you say attitude...... and let me say this I actually like this Jack in the Box I appreciate the service and they food be on point but today I drove up there all I got was attitude and no patience Lord. The lady (manager/ employee ) was rushing me in the Drive-Thru.... no one was behind me and jack in the Box had took something off the menu. I usually get the same thing every time so I had to pick something new..... please work on your attitude and being patient. people don't have to be so selfish and think about their self. Be kind to one another #2022

I go here for the tacos and poppers only....... I know they are short staffed but yesterday I sat at the order box for 4 minutes without an acknowledgement. I said hello two times, blew my horn , even turned my radio up hoping someone would say something. There was a single vehicle in front of me - as I drove away that single car was at the pick up window - so I don't know what the delay was. I would have happily waited if only someone would have said something.

Had a coupon for 2 Buttery Jack combos for $11. Cool. I got for my burger and BAM a small speck of mold. Then I turn the burger on the other side and OMG A HUGE PIECE OF MOLD!!!!

Well I never had a problem with this location,,but on Grand close to Russell/Gravois 55 you can find the same problem...I will call the # on the receipt and leave a voicemail or do survey and a district manager will reach out to you(I did & got results) Blessings
Quality of service varies with who is supervising that day as well as who is working that day. I have found that overall, my experience with the service has been a good one.
