Why would anyone stay at a hotel that uses Robin calling and not honor do not call request! Seriously if they can't program their promotions.... how can they possibly run a clean safe hotel. I deserve a free stay just for the 20+ calls in 3 days.

Good luck reaching anyone that acts like they can help. Just going to keep spreading the word and recording calls/info for proof of harassment. Amazing how a hotel chain can be SO unable to get this taken care of. All i wanted was for the calls to stop. NOW I want everyone to know what a joke their promotional dept is. Makes ya wonder how bad customer service is when staying with them. Its been awhile since anyone in my family has stayed at a Hyatt. With this incompetence I will spread the word to anyone looking for a hotel. Don't know how they picked my number to "offer great deal", but i wish they would have picked on someone else. How annoying and disrespectful.
