Hello I am bloomington's only mobile nail salon, as a luxury service I work with the Hilton and others to perform quality nail services to the guest. I called in today and was hung up on twice by Don who said he was the GM was very rude and told me that he was going to call the police on me for harassment. I have heard terrible things about this hotel and the person who is in charge before however I had no idea how extreme it was until today. I have never stayed at this particular hotel to be honest at this point I would be afraid to, however the CEO has been notified about the reputation of the hotel as well as my treatment today.
