Earlier this year I was camping at Buck Hall, very nice campground. While I was in the area I drove thru Elmwood, Honey Hill and Halfway campgrounds, all three are primitive campgrounds. Are people living in these camps?

Unfortunately some people don't have a permanent residence so they will stay at these campsites. By law they are not supposed to stay at one for anymore then two weeks at one time. Then they must leave and stay someplace else but they can come right back and stay for another two weeks. So i can see how it would look like they are living there.

I think there are people living there but not sure

No but some hunters stay there for long periods of time. And some leave their campers.
