How is the parking lot?

I agree with jeremy the side is usually wide open, no cars

The side lot is usually open and free.

It depends on what the event is. Sometimes the city charges to park or it is completely closed to the public with a UES event staff employee restricting access. For none event times, it is free to park.

There is parking on side of building, as well as parking on the street and near Colial Center. I also believe there's a garage.
