This location is O'Reilly's hub. This is where all the other locations get their parts from. So, I'm wandering why it is that can I order an "in-stock" part only to arrive at the infernal store to find they do not have it?? To top things off, I have to wait days for a refund. This place has seriously gone down hill. Unfortunately, I'll have to AVOID O'Reilly's going forward. Maybe you should, too. At least until they can match inventory with their online stock-keep system. Very sad situation.

Went there this morning for OBDS engie scannig, i was suspecting malfunctioned ignition coil, the associate by the register was repeating (i am ready to go home) while serving customers. I told him about my issue He asked me to wait but he kept calling people who are behind me in the line. I waited for almost 20 mins. I reminded him i am waiting, he said i should wait untill all customers in the store are done, i said people keep coming " i said u should've told earlier that I had to wait until every one is done " he said "I am telling you now". I was wondering why he treated me like that, I had no explanation for why customers have to be forced to miss their position in the line in a disrespectful manner? If this is the store policy, why not make it clear and let customers know that in advance so that they can study their options if they wanna wait? When a customer complains about that, why should the answer be as rude as " I am telling you now" instead of any word of courtesy or apology.?
