The employees are nice, but according to the employee I spoke with, this is not an effective Amazon drop for UPS. They said that it could take 2 to 3 weeks or longer before Amazon picks up a package. That needs to be removed from the listing if it’s not a drop off point.

I buy and return merchandise at numerous retail companies all over the state of sc.. why is it that when I have an issue it is ONLY with Advance Auto Parts?? Today, I had a poor customer service experience with Nichole. I had two returns to bring back that were unopened with the receipts in hand. (With attitude) She said that she couldn’t return them without a phone number. I explained that I didn’t have a phone number to give her. So, she said she wouldn’t do the return. I went to the store just down the road and got my money back no questions asked and no attitude.. why?? Why do the employees at Advance Auto Parts have to be so rude?? Are they trained that way?? The only reason you get 2 stars is because I was in and out of the store. Lots of cars, no customers???
