I've been unsuccessfully trying to reach the Brick office since NOVEMBER 2021. It's either a busy signal or I get through all the prompts only to get an automated voicemail at the end saying they are unavailable at this time. This office can't keep blaming COVID for being closed or unavailable to help. I'm simply trying to get my name changed and have already I've gone through all the appropriate avenues to do so. The only hold up seems to be the Brick office. At this rate, I will end up having my baby under my maiden name versus my married name which isn't fair. **UPDATE** I had my baby... With my maiden name.

My daughter's mother passed In July of 2021. 2 days later, I will leave there name out. Fraudulently claimed my daughters survivor benefits. It's April, I have reported the fraud to the office, toms river office(they will rectify it for me), nj states attorney as well. I'm trying to figure out how to tell my 10 yr old her mother died and they allowed this. The person that did it, should have gave us the money back. Never happened. Still haven't received any help. The money being stolen is to much unearned income for me to receive help from social services. Dianna, I believe the managers name is, did 0 due diligence. Even told me I should file for disability. Why? Committ more fraud? The guy that runs the desk is a piece of work himseld. Trying to intimidate me. Wrong guy. Anyway, I don't want to give them even one star.

Sarah is the most rudest person I ever talk to. she had an attitude problem when I called in for an issue yesterday. Her supervisors even nasty . They should not have a job in the federal government. Sarah needs to learn how to speak to people. supervisor needs learn how to speak to people too.

Depends on what you are going for
Im not sure, you can call and always ask
Don't that I know is that those 20 years are credit to your Social Security depending on what kind of qualification you have on the job position also sometimes if you retire of that 20 years then you should be good however you must remember only the last 10 years will come to your retirement and so far you're not retired yet so maybe you might confront confront a slightly turbulence in your application so be careful what is the your request thank you also depending if you've been injury does 11 years what have you done okay so when you answer those questions be careful how you do it thank you bye bye
