Nothing but great experience with Amica. We have home and auto insurance. Needed roadside assistance twice in the past few weeks and they were able to get someone out both times rather quickly, even in a remote area on the weekend . Also filed a claim for a new roof and they were great through the whole process. Highly recommend this company

I just wasted a soft inquiry for this scam azz insurance. They told me I was among a select group of drivers who qualify to save on my auto insurance. The rate quote provided was a few dollars less than triple my current rate and the representative was very rude. I found this so amusing they actually had a girl who sounded like she hated her job trying to get me to switch insurance companies, I felt like maybe I got a DUI and was applying for SR-22 insurance even though I do not drink. Insurance state commissioners should be ashamed of themselves for allowing amica to write policies in their state. Their are much better insurance companies out there and I recommend Traveler's, All-State, Progressive, State Farm for insurance needs. DO NOT LET AMICA SCAM YOU!!! Very overpriced and very poor customer service

Worst experience dealing with a insurance company. Got my quote and was not able to question any of the prices they quoted. Got a email from the case handler saying a manager would call me back as I have requested to talk to one. That was what I requested, still have not gotten that call. I say if someone hits you and says they have Amica. Better you lawyer up or get ready for a long and painful experience.
