Will not take the ink cartridges and only the cord for the flat screen.Bluff Rd recycling will take the circuit board from the flat screen but you have to remove it. Very simple to do.

You maybe denied if you're not a resident on Lexington county. But that permit should be good for all of SC my opinion. Give it a try. It is only a recycling center, now if it was a landfill you may have a small fee.

If you are just wanting to get rid of old computers and printers, home use only, do you need a permit and where do you get one? We are Richland County residents and don't think we are going to do any volume recycling, just our personal items.

Yes. The permit just needs to be for SC. And you only need the permit if you are recycling things like copper.

Yes. Sometime they have a deal where they give a set price for batteries. But often it's just by weight.
