Yes we accept fired spent brass shell casing. No live rounds accepted!!! No aluminum casing or steel casing are accepted at this time! Recycling Permit is required or business license to recycle in the the state of South Carolina. We appreciate your inquiry!

It literally varies daily. I suggest to call in the morning. But to be honest it usually is not high whatsoever.
They will take parts of them if they are broke down(tv). I don't know about microwaves. I imange they will take the fans if the are metal.
