3 weeks waiting for the Hitch of my car which they already charged and never sent, last week they told me that they would call me when I arrived at this store but they didn't call me today I came back and again the same thing the employees don't even know where the things are I think a lack of respect with clients charging in advance for nothing and making me waste my time here, they should learn to be more responsible.

This uhaul definitely is one of the best and I’ve traveled over 44 states!!! This place cares about there customers and go above and beyond!! TAYLOR was amazing and she really knows how to hold the store down! She was easy to work with the issue and it was resolved beautifully!!

Karina did an amazing job by helping me dropping off my trailer. It was 05:00 pm Suday and they closed but she was very kind by staying extra minutes to get the trailer dropped off. 10/10 customer satisfaction. Thank you Karina!

Goodnight. This route is about 1100 miles. It means driving for about 18 hours at 50 mph, adding stops and breaks. When renting the U-haul Van the rate allows you to use it for 4 continuous days. Locate a place or U-haul headquarters where to withdraw and where to deliver the VAN. It depends on you for the great effort in the long journey. Good luck on your trip!
You have to get yourself there. They won't deliver at the airport.

Good morning. You can rent with the option of the same place or a different place, the rate will be adjusted if the place of delivery is different from the place of collection. You indicate all that in the Rental Agreement. It is very convenient because it allows you to move your goods and then deliver them to the nearest U-haul.
